ASAL ("we", "us") operates the website at asal.life. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we run standard visitor analytics and read the emails you choose to send us — nothing more.
Information we collect
- Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location (derived from your IP address; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses). This is collected via cookies.
- Contact information. If you email us at info@asal.life, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or collect anything beyond the above.
How we use it
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it.
- To respond when you contact us.
Cookies
The only cookies on this site are set by Google Analytics (names beginning with
_ga). You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or opt out
of Google Analytics entirely with Google's
browser add-on.
The site works fully without cookies.
Third parties
- Google Analytics processes the analytics data described above on our behalf. See Google's privacy policy.
- Google Tag Manager is the tool we use to load and manage the measurement tags described above. It does not collect personal data by itself.
- Vercel hosts this site and, like any host, keeps short-lived server logs (including IP addresses) for security and operations.
Data retention
Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics settings and then deleted. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-up.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Email info@asal.life and we will act on your request.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data — for example, by adding new tools to the site — we will update this page and the date at the top.
